Safety profiles

Safety profiles can be configured from the "Safety profiles" module. They are defined by their name and description, as well as if they are enabled or not. They can also be removed (only non-default RigiTech profiles) and cloned.

New safety profiles can be created ("+" button). In the editor, users shall define its name, description and if they are enabled or not. Then the different actions and triggers shall be defined for each safety setting.
